Mother’s Day is coming soon!

I love Mother’s Day and I can’t wait for it to come next weekend. I used to be a Labor and Delivery Nurse and it brought me great joy to be a part of this amazing journey in every woman and family’s lives. It is a time of a rollercoaster of emotions! Now that I have been blessed to be a Mom for 12 years, I cherish every day I wake up to the footsteps of my kids waking up in the morning. Motherhood has its easy days and hard days, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love my kids so much it hurts sometimes! They are the joy of my life and I hope to do everything I can to raise them into the amazing human beings they will become.  

Last year, instead of leaving all the gift ideas to my husband and kids, I decided to help them out with a few gifts that I picked for myself. At first I thought, “how ridiculous am I to pick my own gift! What?”  But, then I realized that I really knew what I wanted, so why not pick what I like. :)  

The gifts I got last year:

I picked a Swarovski Infinity Necklace. It is a beautiful heart and an infinity linked rose gold chain from Swarovski (@swarovski). I LOVE IT! I get so many compliments on it. I just checked the website and they still have it, so check it out. 

I also got a purse for myself from Pom Pom London (@pompomlondon). It’s fun and versatile. It came with two straps and I love it! The size is perfect for a wallet, makeup, sunglasses in a slim body and a few other small nick nacks.

On Mother’s Day, the kids and my husband also gave me a wonderful breakfast, hugs and kisses and beautiful flowers! We spent the day hanging out and being spontaneous, which is the perfect way for me.

So since all went well last year, I decided I wanted to pick my gifts again this year. Hehehe! 🙂

I have a few gifts that I have my eye on this year. 

Since I love cooking both on my own and with the kids. I decided to order the popular (Our Place) @ourplace Our Place Always Pan 2.0 10.5 inch Nonstick, Toxin Free Ceramic Cookware. I got it in cream color. I can’t wait to open it. 

I also decided on two necklaces to add to my collection that I loved on Mint & Lily #mintandlily . I picked the Dainty Initial Disc Necklace in 18K Gold Plated with my three kids' initials and the MAMA Letter Necklace. I can’t wait to get them! And they are having a BOGO 50% off. So they were on sale.
